Strategy, the Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin treasury firm based in Tysons Corner, Virginia, is adding $250 yearly to Trump Accounts for every child under 18 of its U.S. workers. The move puts the company alongside other major employers now layering corporate cash onto the federal savings program launched just last month.

For newborns arriving after January 1, 2025, Strategy goes further. It matches the $1,000 seed deposit the Treasury drops into each account at birth, then layers on that $250 annual contribution. CEO Phong Le said the accounts align with the company's push for early financial education and long-term thinking among younger generations.

Trump Accounts, officially 530A accounts under the One Big Beautiful Bill that the president signed in 2025, went live July 4. The Treasury seeded over 500,000 accounts with $1,000 each that day. Any child born between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2028, gets access. Families can add up to $5,000 yearly. The catch: money stays locked until the child turns 18, when the account converts to a traditional IRA.
