Binance is set to take six tokens off its platform at 03:00 UTC on August 17, 2026. The affected coins are Across Protocol (ACX), Hashflow (HFT), PIVX, Vulcan Forged PYR (PYR), Vanar (VANRY), and Viction (VIC). Following the announcement, all spot trading, as well as futures, margin, earn products, and conversion services linked to these tokens, will be discontinued.
Price action reacted sharply. ACX plunged nearly 20%, HFT dropped over 17%, and VIC faced steep losses as traders rushed to exit before delisting. Binance's decision highlights ongoing trends where exchanges trim listings to maintain liquidity and meet compliance requirements.
Delisting can have a lasting impact on token holders, as liquidity dries up and trading options narrow. Traders holding these tokens will need to act fast if they want to sell before the clock runs out.
Meanwhile, Binance's moves come amid a volatile crypto market and regulatory scrutiny intensifying worldwide. Earlier in the year, Ethereum showed its strongest monthly gain even as uncertainty lingers, illustrating the uneven landscape digital assets currently navigate.
