Ripple has introduced Ripple Mint, a new platform designed to streamline institutional access to Ripple USD (RLUSD). Launched on July 23, the platform lets businesses mint, redeem, bridge, and manage RLUSD all in one place, either through a simple interface or by integrating APIs and webhook alerts into their systems.

This move targets companies needing fast stablecoin transactions for payments, treasury management, or trading, reducing the complexity of handling RLUSD through multiple tools. At the same time, Ripple deepened its support for RLUSD by investing in Notabene, a compliance infrastructure provider whose network includes over 2,300 institutions across more than 100 jurisdictions. According to Notabene, their system processes around $2 trillion in transactions annually, suggesting that RLUSD could soon reach a substantially wider audience within regulated payment ecosystems.

On another front, activity on the XRP Ledger has ramped up, surpassing 1.4 million AI-initiated transactions as of July 22. This growth coincides with Ripple's release of an AI starter kit last June, aimed at enabling automated payment solutions and machine-to-machine transfers on the network. Meanwhile, Binance has rolled out variable RLUSD yield offers up to 22.25%, alongside weekly XRP rewards on select products, though these incentives vary by region and market conditions.

The price of XRP hovers near $1.10 following a climb to $1.16 earlier this week. Traders are closely watching resistance at $1.18; failure to break above this level could trigger renewed selling pressure. Support remains firm between $1.02 and $1.04, a zone buyers have recently defended to keep the token from sliding further. Short-term resistance is also noted at $1.28, marking the next hurdle for XRP if it surpasses $1.18.
