Yorkville America Equities finalized the takeover of the Point Bridge America First ETF on July 27, 2026, transforming it into the Truth Social America First ETF, now listed on NYSE Arca under the ticker MAGA.

The fund keeps Hal Lambert as portfolio manager and Point Bridge Capital as sub-adviser, preserving the original investment strategy focused on U.S. companies whose employees and political action committees have historically supported Republican candidates. This approach uses a rules-based screening method, eliminating subjective stock picking in favor of a consistent filter tied to political donations.

With an expense ratio of 0.72%, the renamed fund joins six other ETFs under Truth Social Funds, including the Truth Social God Bless America ETF (YALL). This move signals a clearer political identity for the product, originally launched in 2017 by Lambert at Point Bridge Capital as a means to align investments with conservative values.

The acquisition extends Yorkville America Equities’ footprint in politically themed asset management and reflects growing demand for portfolios that match ideological convictions as much as financial goals.
