Psalion has unveiled a $50 million venture fund focused on early-stage startups innovating in blockchain infrastructure, trade finance, real-world assets, and stablecoins. The move aims to fuel the next wave of Web3 adoption by backing projects that merge traditional business models with decentralized technology.
Backing the Bridge from Web2 to Web3
The Singapore-based digital asset firm structured the new fund as a Variable Capital Company (VCC), managed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore-licensed Conduit Asset Management. Psalion’s managing partner, Tim Enneking, emphasized investing during market downturns as a strategy to capture more reasonable valuations and support founders with long-term vision. “We’re focusing on the synthesis where Web2 businesses run on Web3 rails,” he explained.
The fund targets startups developing blockchain infrastructure and consumer-facing products that embed Web3 technology in ways that enhance ownership and transactions without friction. This approach reflects a growing trend in the sector to integrate decentralized finance and digital asset solutions into real-world applications.
First Investment Highlights Strong Web3 Growth
Psalion’s Fund III has already led a $4 million investment round in Beezie, a commerce platform that blends ownership, anticipation, discovery, and liquidity to transform transactions into immersive experiences. Beezie has rapidly scaled, recording over $170 million in gross merchandise value since its launch and surpassing $85 million in revenue this year alone. The platform attracted more than 30,000 active users since January 2026, signaling solid consumer adoption in the Web3 space.
Beezie plans to use the fresh capital to expand its inventory and scale globally, aiming to deepen its footprint in the evolving digital commerce landscape. Psalion’s commitment to early-stage ventures like Beezie underlines the firm’s confidence in blockchain’s growing role across finance and commerce.
