Ondo Finance’s broker-dealer arm, Oasis Pro Markets, has received the green light from FINRA to offer tokenized securities to U.S. investors. This approval allows them to provide access to tokenized National Market System stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, index funds, and IPO securities.

The announcement on July 23 revealed that Oasis Pro Markets can now facilitate regulated trading across primary and secondary markets under SEC and FINRA oversight. This includes retail over-the-counter transactions, underwritten offerings, and private placements. the framework supports settlement in fiat and selected stablecoins such as USDC and DAI, enabling blockchain wallet transfers.

Oasis Pro Markets can also operate a trading venue where U.S. issuers conduct primary offerings and allow both retail and institutional investors to trade assets on secondary markets.

The authorization embraces various investment products and introduces omnibus account structures. These will let broker-dealers and registered investment advisers connect existing systems, granting institutional clients, retail investors, and retirement accounts access through their current financial providers without needing separate platform accounts.

Ondo warned that regulatory approvals don't guarantee full compliance or endorsement by FINRA or the SEC. Nevertheless, this milestone opens regulated U.S. distribution channels for tokenized securities, significantly expanding opportunities for American investors.

Oasis Pro’s integration into Ondo since October 2025 brought a FINRA member broker-dealer, alternative trading system, and transfer agent under one roof. The transfer agent functionality enables on-chain capitalization table management and shareholder rights administration.

Meanwhile, ONDO token price remains above all major moving averages but faces resistance near $0.42, hinting at a key technical point for traders.
