Dogecoin’s price movement remains stuck in a tight range, bouncing off resistance without clear direction. The coin trades inside a triangle pattern where every rally hits a wall, signaling indecision between buyers and sellers.
Looking closer, Dogecoin’s supply distribution sheds light on why $0.081 is proving such a tough barrier. Around 35 billion DOGE tokens were acquired at this price, creating a dense supply zone that weighs heavily on upward momentum. Just below at $0.0739, another 10 billion DOGE sit locked in as a smaller but notable resistance.
Supply Zones Define Key Levels
The concept of UTXO Realized Price Distribution reveals how these zones act as obstacles. Breaking above $0.081 could clear the way toward stronger resistance near $0.1774, where 25 billion DOGE were purchased. Other significant supply clusters rest at $0.0887, $0.1478, and $0.1626.
On the flip side, Dogecoin remains supported above a demand zone near $0.0690, where over 5 billion tokens have been accumulated. This area offers a cushion amid several bullish indicators flashing buy signals on multiple timeframes, including the monthly and daily charts through the TD Sequential tool.
However, the picture isn’t entirely bright. A bearish moving average crossover has confirmed earlier negative sentiment. The RSI Divergence recently gave a bearish signal as well, with liquidations on longs picking up pace clear signs sellers are pushing hard. Yet the hourly Anchor Trend indicator shows support holding firm for now, and analysts believe recovery could persist unless that breaks.
The struggle to clear these supply zones highlights how distribution patterns influence Dogecoin’s technical setup. Without convincingly moving past $0.081, the memecoin may remain caught in sideways consolidation.
