Crypto Market Struggles as Cash Cat and Others Fail to Sustain Recovery

Cash Cat (CASHCAT) continues to lose momentum after its initial surge, now trading at a modest $0.046. The daily chart highlights a clear dominance of sellers, with speculative buying pressure almost completely absent. Unlike typical token behavior following a strong launch, CASHCAT has failed to form a solid consolidation phase near its $0.20 peak. Instead, the asset is locked in a traditional downtrend, marked by a series of lower highs with each recovery attempt falling short.

The latest candlestick patterns reveal that buyers couldn't hold even a brief rebound towards $0.08, signaling persistent weakness. One of the most concerning signs is the lack of accumulation normally, after sharp drops, meme coins undergo sideways trading as new buyers step in. CASHCAT, however, continues to print lower lows, while daily volatility diminishes, reflecting shrinking activity from both buyers and sellers.

Momentum indicators offer little optimism. The Relative Strength Index (RSI) rests at 41, below the neutral 50 mark, meaning bullish forces have yet to regain traction. Although the token has moved out of oversold territory, each bounce risks turning into only short-lived relief rallies rather than lasting reversals until RSI climbs back above 50.

Resistance is solid between $0.06 and $0.08, a zone that acted as short-term support before the recent plunge. Should the price attempt to rise, sellers are likely positioned there to offload holdings. A shift in control might only occur if CASHCAT reclaims this zone. Meanwhile, the immediate support near $0.045 is becoming a critical level to watch.
