CleanCore Solutions, the company managing Dogecoin's treasury, has inked a 10-year colocation contract with AI hardware firm Cerebras, valued around $800 million. This agreement supports a new Minnesota data center project budgeted at $479 million, where CleanCore might invest up to $500 million.

Owning 79% of the joint venture, CleanCore is set to make an initial payment of $40 million to kick off the partnership. Despite the hefty deal, CleanCore reported just $4.1 million in revenue recently, highlighting a bold leap into AI infrastructure. The long-term contract shows CleanCore's strategic pivot toward high-performance computing, aligning itself with Cerebras’ push into AI-driven markets.
