Starting July 22, Bybit opened registration for its Squad Gold Rush referral campaign, running until August 18, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. UTC. The top 100 referral teams compete for a shared prize pool of up to 100,000 USDT, with an additional lucky-draw layer offering XAUT rewards with a displayed value of up to $10,000.
The mechanics are team-based. Every eligible first-time deposit made by a qualified referral adds one point to that team's total score, so performance scales with how well the whole group recruits.
To get a referral counted, the new user must register via a unique referral link or invitation code, pass KYC, deposit at least $100, and hit at least $10 in trading volume, all within seven days of signing up. Referrals brought in by invited users also feed back into the original team's score, as long as the inviter has opted into the campaign.
Individual payouts follow a straightforward formula: a participant's personal points divided by total team points, multiplied by that team's prize allocation. The minimum bar to qualify for any reward is two successful referrals during the campaign period. If two squads tie on points, whichever accumulated them first ranks higher.
The overall prize pool tier, anywhere up to 100,000 USDT, is determined by the total verified referral points across the entire community by the campaign's end. Rewards are expected to land within 10 business days after Bybit completes its risk review.
On top of the leaderboard prizes, participants collect lucky-draw entries at three thresholds: one chance per two valid referrals, one more per five, and one more per ten. The ceiling is 17 cumulative entries per person. Referred users who meet the deposit and trading requirements also receive one lucky-draw entry of their own.
