BlackRock has boosted its Bitcoin holdings by $183.41 million, signaling a renewed wave of institutional appetite amid rising demand for Bitcoin ETFs. This move comes after a brief pause in BlackRock's buying spree, as the firm capitalizes on fresh capital inflows into its Bitcoin ETF products.

The purchase coincides with Bitcoin reclaiming the $65,000 threshold, marking a sharp turnaround after two months of losses. Institutional investors appear to be stepping back into the market, with BlackRock leading the charge as the largest buyer among ETF issuers. The firm's Bitcoin ETF attracted one of its heftiest inflows since early July, matching the scale of its latest acquisition.

On the same day, Bitcoin funds including those from Fidelity saw combined net inflows surpassing $233 million the biggest single-day boost since early July highlighting a broader bullish sentiment across the sector. This resurgence has helped Bitcoin post a 9% return for July, energizing both retail and institutional participants.

BlackRock's aggressive accumulation reflects growing confidence among major players in Bitcoin's upward momentum, positioning the asset for further gains after a challenging first half of the year. The trend shows a wider institutional embrace of crypto, contrasting with earlier skepticism.
