Bitcoin holds steady near $64,000, defying bearish forecasts that predicted a steep plunge to the $36,000-$48,000 zone. Crypto analyst Killa, known for his precise market reads, argues the worst-case scenario of a sudden collapse has largely faded.
Signs Pointing to Strength, Not Weakness
According to Killa, Bitcoin’s price action shows a pattern consistent with past bear cycles, where the market forms three key bottoms. He highlights a recent bullish divergence following a dip to about $59,000, signaling buyers stepping in and preventing further drops. This divergence suggests the selling pressure isn't strong enough to trigger a deeper decline.
Killa explains that such behavior indicates the market is gaining momentum. The conditions that would fuel a sharp Bitcoin crash seem absent, making a rapid fall to the mid-$30,000 or $40,000 range unlikely at this stage.
Accumulation Range and a Strong Support Floor
The analyst points out that Bitcoin has entered an accumulation phase, with around $57,000 becoming a firm support level. While he acknowledges occasional brief dips below this floor could happen, they wouldn't mark the start of a new bear market.
Looking at historical cycles, Killa notes prices typically rebound after major lows, and Bitcoin's current structure doesn’t align with a prolonged crash. If a serious downturn toward $40,000 was imminent, signs would have surfaced by now.
This perspective offers relief to investors wary of a sudden crash. Still, the crypto market remains unpredictable, and short-term fluctuations are always possible. For those following Bitcoin's evolving trajectory, this analysis suggests resilience rather than collapse in the near term.
