Bitcoin pushed back above $65,000 last week, riding a low-liquidity rally that left many traders cautious about reading too much into the move. Thin order books can amplify price swings in either direction, and this climb was no exception.

U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs posted inflows for the second week running, adding a layer of institutional confidence to what otherwise looked like a market coasting on light summer trading. That consecutive-week streak matters: earlier in the year, even a single week of net positive flows was enough to shift sentiment noticeably.

CLARITY Act adds a policy tailwind

On the legislative side, the CLARITY Act is advancing through the Senate. The bill aims to draw clearer lines between which digital assets fall under SEC jurisdiction and which belong to the CFTC, a distinction the crypto industry has been pushing for years. Progress on that front tends to lift the broader market, and Bitcoin catching $65K at the same time is not entirely a coincidence.

Key levels now: analysts are watching resistance around $66,000, the ceiling that capped the most recent push. A clean break there on meaningful volume would open the path toward $68K. On the downside, $63,000 has acted as near-term support twice already this month, and a slip below it would put the $60K range back in play.

For now, the rally has legs on paper but not much fuel behind it yet.
